... on HIMSELF

Strengths: "Easygoing, fun to be around, honest, nice, adventurous."

Weakness: "I can be a little bit stubborn sometimes."

Others may not see: "Someone who really cares about other people. Sometimes I don't always express my feelings so people then judge me based on this, but just because I don't say things doesn't mean that I don't think it or feel it inside."

I've been known to ... "do just about anything when it comes to life experiences, travel or adventure. There's really not an activity or adventure that I would not do. I've done just about everything except for hang gliding which I was supposed to do in Rio de Janeiro last year but it was too cloudy."

Interests: "Any outdoor activities on the planet from sky diving to SCUBA diving and everything in between. I paint every now and then. I do like movies but really I try to get outside and do different things whenever I can."

Turn-ons: "Confidence, wit, brains, and a woman who can stand on her own and is not helpless."

Turn-offs: "Smoking, insecurities, talking behind other's backs and making fun of others."

Special Talents: "Painting. If I see something that I really think is interesting, I paint it, from people to cars to animals."

15 minutes of fame: "Made it to fifth place on Survivor Pearl Islands (season 7) which allowed me to be on Late Night with David Letterman, The Early Show (two times), Living It Up With Ali and Jack, Entertainment Tonight, E!, Access Hollywood, and 45+ satellite feeds around the US. Also was on Bravo's Battle of the Network Reality Stars."

Charities: "After being on Survivor, I have been fortunate enough to attend and participant in many different charitable events helping out in any way that I can. Also, one of the projects I am working on is all about giving back and helping other people's lives"

Travels: "Traveled to over 35 countries including: England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece, Turkey, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Panama, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Nepal, China, Cambodia, Australia, Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Antigua, Monaco, and Brazil."

Spirituality: "Christian - Presbyterian. Usually when I'm back in Texas, I go to church with my family."

Fashion sense: "I pretty much just wear whatever I like and prefer comfort over anything else. I am definitely not on the leading edge of fashion, but I would like to think I can hold my own."

Staying healthy: "I try to work out about 5 days a week. If the weather is nice, I like to stay outside and go mountain biking or trail running, but if the weather is not that great, I will hit the gym. I love adventure racing and triathlons and the fact that they make me train in multiple disciplines and do things that I might not otherwise do such as orienteering (navigation), kayaking, ropes, etc."

What touches my soul: "My family and all my close friends. I'm very close with my family."

... on WOMEN

What I first notice on a woman: "Looks are definitely the first aspect of a person that you notice before meeting them. I don't necessarily look for any one physical trait over another, but the entire package and the way a woman carries herself."

Attention-getters: "If she makes me laugh, it will definitely get my attention. It breaks the ice and makes conversations easier and more comfortable. Also, I look for a woman who stands out in her group of friends as a leader."

Ideal woman: "Smart, attractive, well traveled, has a love of the outdoors and is fun to be around. She has to be a good person, someone who has morals and values. A good heart."

Most important quality in a woman: "There is not really any one quality that stands out that much above others. If there are not many qualities there, it does not matter."

Ideal date: "Being outside somewhere on the beach or in the mountains and laughing while having a laid back, fun conversation without any pressures or awkward moments."

I'd call a woman back after a first date ... "if I had a good time, laughed with her, she made me a bit nervous, and I missed her after dropping her off."

I'd never date a woman who ... "was mean-hearted. Even if they were nice to me, but just mean and rude to other people, I couldn't deal with that."

How I show I care: "I'm really hard to get to know and I don't open up that much so sometimes that has caused problems. It's not intentionally, it's just the way I am. I'm a relatively private person, but over time, I definitely open up more. It just takes me longer than most."

What makes a woman unforgettable: "When she has something about her that I cannot describe to others."

What I wish women understood more about men: "I have to think about that."

... on RELATIONSHIPS

On relationship/marriage: "I was in a relationship for 2 1/2 years, but no long term and serious relationship for the past couple years. I believe in both and definitely see myself getting married one day. It's just very comforting to know that someone's always there. You can just hang out and relax and not do anything with someone else rather than feeling like you always have to be on the go or going out or trying to meet people. It's just a comfort level where you're just content and happy not doing anything."

Top relationship keys: "Being friends and having similar values and thoughts on life and respecting the other person at all times."

A woman in a relationship with me can expect ... "to always be safe with me. I always try to look after significant others, friends, and family. In addition to being there for them, just making sure they're OK all the time. I've been told I'm kind of fun and I'm a good, honest person. She can expect to travel too."

What I expect: "To be happy, comfortable and to have a friend there at all times."

When I'm in love, I ... "am very content."

What makes me feel close to a woman: "Just knowing they're going to be there."

Greatest relationship lesson: "Distance sucks."

What makes a woman marriage material: "When you find someone who has everything on your list of 'wants' plus the "X" factor that you cannot describe. Also, someone who you feel completely comfortable with in any situation from personal tragedies to sitting around without anything to do."

... on SEX

What makes sex good: "When you are close to the other person."

Most sensual part of a woman's body: "Legs, stomach, ass … many parts."

Sexiest thing a woman can wear in private: "Nothing."

Surefire way to seduce me: "Make me laugh. I love to laugh and have fun. So if I'm happy and laughing and having fun when I'm around someone, yeah, it definitely helps."

... on LIFE

Making my mark: "I have such a passion for travel that not only do I plan on traveling until the day I die, but I also want to help others travel and broaden their horizons."

Responsibility to society: "The most important thing a person can do is to be a good parent. That is more important than anything else you can pass along to your kids."

Valuable life lesson: "Don't take anything for granted and always appreciate what you have."

I must ... "travel to every continent, learn to fly, be a good husband and father and always be there for me family."

Best advice received: "No matter what else you do, always try to be a good person."

Best advice I've given a woman: "Always look out for yourself and don't believe everything that you hear."

... on HIS FAVORITE THINGS

Movie: "Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Office Space."

TV Show: "Survivor, Lost, The Office."

Book: "Atlas Shrugged."

Music: "Everything from country to techno."

Food: "Steak, burgers, Thai, Mexican."

... final THOUGHTS

Wheels: "I usually go back and forth between sports cars and SUVs. I'm in Hummer now which is a lot of fun."

Pets: "On our ranch in Texas, we have Texas Longhorns, llamas, donkeys, cats, and birds. I love animals and will get a dog and horse one day when I have a yard and someone who can take care of them when I am out of town."

Tattoos/piercings: "Nothing on my body."

Always in my refrigerator: "Salsa and Budweiser."

Hottest possession: "A necklace I got when I was in Fiji racing the Eco Challenge in 2002. It's a decorative fish hook that is carved out of bone and it represents strength, prosperity, abundance, and a great respect for the sea and it is said to provide good luck and safety when travelling over water. I never take it off."

I would most like to hang out with ... "Arnold Schwarzenegger. The guy literally just came from nothing and made so much for himself. He was so dedicated to bodybuilding and being the best of the world. And then coming over to the States and transferring that into the entertainment industry and now as the governor of CA. He's done so much and is so dedicated and determined and has been so successful. I just think he is quite an inspirational person."

Celeb I'd love to take on a date: "Cameron Diaz, Julia Roberts, Famke Jansen, Ashley Judd or Charlise Theron. I like Charlise. She's from South Africa and I think she's a great actress. She's beautiful and the things I've read and heard about her, she seems pretty down to earth. Also Paris Hilton. I think she's fascinating. And she's definitely hot. Molly Sims, she is stuningly beautiful and southern, a combination that is hard to beat!"

Why I'm a great catch: "I am a family person. I'm smart, funny, I care about my friends and others more than myself, and I always try to keep life interesting."

Me in a word: "Adventurous."
