             Cory

"I don't believe in waiting to become intimate," says Cory. "It's an old fallacy like looking at the TV too close is going to hurt your eyes." Born on a farm in Iowa and currently living in Florida, this 6' real estate mogul says his best traits are his sense of humor and his sense of adventure. What makes this blue-eyed Gemini, who owns real estate in Texas, Florida and even Australia, a great catch? "I have some exciting goals for the future," says Cory. "Any woman who settles down with me would have a much better life than with just the regular, average Joe."

... the FACTS

Born: On a little farm in Bancroft, Iowa. I milked cows all through high school, there's a dairy farm next door and that was pretty much a full time job other than school and sports.

Resides: Divides time between Dallas, TX and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Birth date: 6-10-75

Sign: Gemini

Height: 6'

Hair: Blonde

Eyes: Blue

Family: Two younger brothers

Status: Never married, no children

Nonsmoker

Occupation: "I opened my own real estate
company in Dallas. It's going well and I now own over 3 million in real estate there that I mostly have all rented out for the time being. I picked up a few more houses in FL too so I've been dividing my time between both FL and TX."

History: I joined the Navy for three years. I was stationed in Virginia. Then I went to school in Santa Barbara. I stayed there for a year, then I went to LA. I got signed with Wilhemina and then LA Models. I went back to school and then to Australia.

... on HIMSELF

Best qualities: "I think I have a pretty good sense of humor, that's probably the main thing. A good sense of adventure as well because I travel a lot and have the ability to pick up and go when I want. I've been to a lot of places. I speak four languages, English, Portuguese, Spanish and German."

Strengths: "Being that I grew up on a farm, I think I have pretty good values and morals. I'm very honest. If you talk to my friends, I'm sure they could rattle off a lot of things, but ..."

Weakness: "I've always had a weakness for women. I've been taken advantage of in a lot of my relationships, not every one but a lot of them. I'm very easily distracted and really unorganized. I'm working on it but then at the same time, I'd like a woman with that strength because I think that would balance things out."

Others may not see: "I'm find myself on hunt a lot and I don't think a lot of people see that. In the back of my mind, I'm always looking around. I think that is more important than any job or career that anyone would have because you're going to be with this person for a long time. I expect to live until I'm at least 100 and I'm 28 now, that's 72 more years."

I've been known to ... "never really let myself get out of shape. I lead a very social life. I like to go out a lot. On the weekends, I like to be out at a club. I don't drink a lot, I don't smoke, I don't do any drugs but I'm always known to be out, always known to be planning a trip somewhere. I feel guilty if I don't go out on a weekend unless I'm in a relationship, of course, then I won't go out. Being single, I feel guilty, maybe because I may miss that chance meeting with my future wife or something, I don't know, I just can't stay home."

Interests: "I'm a very outdoorsy kind of guy, I go home every year for deer hunting season back to Iowa. I also spend a lot of the summers fishing. I'm a die hard fisherman. I'm buying a small ranch in Montana so that I can spend more time out there in the summertime. I like surfing. I took some lessons when I was in CA. Scuba diving, I try to do that fairly frequently. Working out. I do read a lot. I very much enjoy traveling."

Turn ons: "A woman with a nice body is a very big turn on.  A feature on a woman I like the best is the butt, that's like a symbol of health to me. I don't know, it just does something to me. I've been meddling with real estate quite a bit for the past 4-5 years. I've got condos in Australia so that's a passion for me. Personal training, that's a passion as well. I think I'm a very good personal trainer, I have a pretty good success story book of changing people's lives. I want to retire really early, my goal is to retire when I'm in my 30s or be financially secure where I wouldn't have to work if I don't want to."

Turn offs: "A female with a sense of humor that doesn't click with mine is a real big turn off for me, initially. I try not to be around pessimistic people, that's a huge turn off. I try to see the bright side of most everything. I don't like smokers at all, especially with women, that's an instant turn off. I won't even talk to a girl if I find out she smokes. Women who refuse to work out, that just wouldn't work because that's a big part of my lifestyle."

Special talents: "I'm a pretty good dancer. I went on tour with the East Coast Chippendales this past summer. I speak 4 languages. I'm a really good fisherman, I don't know if that's important enough but to me it is. I caught a 40 lb. lake trout up in Canada when I was 16."

Titles: "I won a Toughman boxing contest in Orlando last year. I won a trophy."

15 minutes of fame: "I was crowned the one and only King of my little town in Bancroft, Iowa when I was 10 so I'm in the record books. If you were looking up my town you would see that I was the one and only King. They had a Queen as well. They're actually bringing us back. for our Centennial."

Travels: "Australia, Rio, Buenos Aires, Argentina, all over the US, Mexico."

Spirituality: "I think I will be when I'm older but right now I'm not that interested in it. I believe more in the scientific side of things. My mother is very religious."

Fashion sense: "When I dress, I normally wear tighter clothes, it's very International Male. I did a lot of fashion shoes for them when I was in LA. I wear a lot of sleeveless shirts and blue jeans."

Staying healthy: "I work out regularly. I don't believe in any kind of strict diet, I just eat generally healthy. I try to eat about 6-8 times a day, I eat a lot but I just try to eat a balanced meal."

What touches my soul: "When a woman can really warm up to my mother and become good friends with my mother. My mother is a real young, active woman. That's really touching to me. When they take interest in your family and get to know your friend's names and they take time to get to know your friends."

... on WOMEN

I first notice ... "her body. I like a pretty face and a nice butt. And then of course, her personality and her friendliness."

A woman can get my attention ... "a number of ways, it could be a wink, it could be just a smile, a wave. Just anything really subtle, I'll jump on it. I approach woman pretty easily unless they're in a big group or when they're giggling. I get a little self conscious when I hear them giggling because you don't if it's in a good way or not."

Ideal woman: "I'm very picky. I like to really selective. I don't want to waste my time. She doesn't have to be athletic but she should show some interest in health. I don't like the kind of girls who just talk all the time where you can't get a word in. I like a woman who's very caring, when you're telling her about something bad that happened in your day and you get the ohs and the ahs and oh that's too bad. I really like that. Even if they don't mean it, if I don't know, it's cool because I really do appreciate that. A sense of adventure, I'd like for her to trust in me and understand my decisions and like who I am as a person and not try to change me. Just kind of share some similar interests, have an interest in the outdoors, have an interest in fishing or maybe give it a shot, give me a chance to maybe show her a different side of what I find fun in it."

I can't resist a woman who ... "is scantily clad and after a couple minutes on the dance floor starts sucking on my ear. A woman who walks up, introduces herself, looks deep into my eyes and just grabs me by the back of the head and starts kissing me, that's like every man's fantasy."

How I show I care: "I don't believe in buying them a bunch of stuff, I do it more by spending time, one-on-one quality time with them is a way, just listening and being there."

One thing a woman has done for me that has made me melt: "Just a girl who picks up after me, or she knows I'm coming home and cooks me something nice just how I like it knowing I've had kind of a rough day. That stuff means a lot to me. Folding my laundry, little letters left in the counter, a little I miss you note."

Most important quality in a woman: "A sense of humor. Everybody says that but I really mean it because I enjoy hanging out with people so much more when you can goof around with them and really just let loose. I like to spend every day laughing as much as I can. It would just make me enjoy my time with her more."

Ideal date: "I've had some close to perfect dates before and they, believe it or not, have been in a fishing boat. When I was in high school, I took this girl out on a really nice date, we brought a picnic and we went out on a row boat on this pond/lake that was near my house. It was nice, I taught her how to fish and we caught a lot of fish. A perfect date would be skinning them up and cooking them on a campfire and camping as well."

What makes me call a woman back after a first date: "A number of things, how conversationally the date went and whether I had a good time or not."

I would never date a woman who ... "smoked."

What makes a woman unforgettable: "If she's really beautiful, she's obviously going to be very unforgettable. Her beauty and then her personality as well."

I wish women understood ... "without this sound the wrong way, I wish women really could understand the hormones and the chemistry of a man. Women always give men such a hard time about wanting sex so quickly, enjoying one night stands. We, as men, can't help who we are. I can't speak for every guy but for myself, I'm very sexually driven. When I see a woman, the first thing I'm thinking is sex, I'm not thinking, `oh I wonder what her personality is like,' yeah, I would wonder that too, later but my impulse is wow this girl's beautiful, I would love to have sex with her. It's just being a guy. Women are always dogging guys for that and I just don't think we can help it, if we could, we would. I don't think women should give themselves up sexually at all, I'm not saying that, they should just understand that guys are just that way. We've got a ton of hormones going through our bodies, circulating through our bloodstream, pumping up all the time and we're just designed by nature, genetically, to reproduce, it's just a fact of like. I just think women should know that."

One thing a woman has never done for me: "I never had a surprise birthday party or any kind of surprise party, just going a little beyond the normal with a birthday or something like that."

... on RELATIONSHIPS

On relationships/marriage: "Marriage is very important. I do want kids. A relationship is very important. I don't think there's a feeling like it when it all starts in the beginning of a relationship. It's like the best drug you can ever be injected with. It's like a high, dazed kind of thing, that crush feeling for sometimes a couple months. Then I think it just builds such an attachment. Then if you're dating or married to someone who has qualities that you as a person could never become good at. Like I never could become organized no matter how strict my training or bad I wanted to, I could probably never become a real organized person or a very responsible person. If I had someone like that on my side, you're a much stronger person, especially if you have someone who has positives with your negatives. Your chances of success are better. A woman who compliments you and keeps you going and motivates you and vice versa."

Top relationship keys: "Friendship is very important and the ability to communicate."

A woman in a relationship with me can expect ... "me not to become a couch potato and get fat, someone who watches sports and withdraws from the relationship. She can expect me to stay in shape, be a good father to my children, spend a lot of time with them. She can expect me to have a lot of free time on my hands to spend with her and children as I get older, because I have intentions of retiring early. I'm not the jealous kind of boyfriend. If anything, I'm the opposite, I'll let her do her thing if we go out to a club together or a function, she can talk with other guys. I like to think I'm romantic, but that's a matter of opinion."

What I expect: "I expect her to try and minimize conflict just because I've had a bad history of that in the past. I wouldn't expect this but I would like her to try and keep things tidy just because it's not one of my positives. I don't mind cooking. I expect her to try to give me space when I need it. I frequently need a lot of space and I need freedom. I want to do things on my own with my friends. I could be loyal. I was loyal in the past."

When I'm in love, I ... "am a much nicer person, more relaxed, less anxious. It's very soothing and very comforting to just know you have somebody there waiting on you esp. when you've had a bad day or you need someone to talk to."

What makes me feel close to a woman: "The friendship would make me feel really close to her. I like to think that I could tell my wife or girlfriend almost anything, almost anything."

Greatest relationship lesson: "I think I should put my foot down more. And to say no, because I get talked into things easily. There would probably be a number of these, I don't know which one would be the best."

What makes a woman marriage material: "Honestly, the body and all that, that's the initial thing to get things going, but it's definitely the sense of humor and the friendship."

... on SEX

How important is sex in a relationship: "It's important, especially in the beginning because I really think it ties things together. There's a lot of emotions, there's a lot of hormones being released. I firmly believe it goes a tremendous amount towards that bonding process where you become addicted towards each other. I don't believe in waiting to become intimate, I don't think it does much, that's kind of like an old fallacy like looking at the tv too close is going to hurt your eyes."

I feel my sexiest ... "after I've just finished a sexual encounter. You're laying there, you feel pretty nice. I feel pretty sexy when I'm on top of a woman. You feel pretty sexy after a show when you got girls lined up wanting you to sign their poloroids or tshirts, they just want to feel your arms or feel your abs."

Most sensual part of a woman's body: "It's got to be the right kind, but I really like a woman's navel. It's got kind of an oval shape, it's definitely an innie."

Sexiest thing a woman can wear in private: "Just a G-string."

Surefire way to seduce me: "There are times when I like an aggressive woman. Just being scantily clad would do it, the whole visual really is a big turn on."

What makes sex good: "There's a lot of things that make it good, to name a few. I like a lot of kissing during sex. I like a vocal woman maybe not one who's screaming, but one who's getting some moans in here and there. A lot of movement is always good."

Do you have a Hedonistic side: "It depends on the group of individuals I'm around but I normally try to let loose a little bit. I don't drink or do drugs so I'm not like crazy, crazy."

... on HIS FAVORITE THINGS

Movie: "I got a lot of favorite movies. The Naked Gun movies are some of my favorite comedy ones."

TV Show: "Sex in the City."

Book: "I've read every issue of Readers Digest since I was 15. I haven't ever missed an issue. I like to read fitness magazines and fishing magazines. I like Outdoor, Men's Health. I like a lot of the books by Steven Koontz. The last one I read was called Lightening."

Music: "I like a whole variety of things, my favorite is the slow R 8 B. Keith Sweat is one of my favorite artists. I like the Goo Goo Dolls a lot."

Food: "I like seafood a lot. When I go out to eat, I really enjoy Thai food."

... on LIFE

Making my mark: "I don't want to become anyone famous. I think the value of a person is measured in how many friends they have, so I just really want to stay loyal, I hope not to burn any bridges. With family and friends, I want to keep my reputation as being a nice, successful guy. A person to have around to visit or have visit them. "

Responsibility to society: "I think I have a responsibility to my friends and my family. I'm a fan of recycling and nature and things like that but aside from lending a hand that way, I don't think that I owe society anything. "

Valuable life lesson: "I learn a new one every day. One thing in particular that comes to mind is that life's really taught me to be appreciative of my time. You can earn money, you can acquire a lot of things but you can never acquire more time. I just place an importance on my time, my personal time. I look back on ways I've spent my time as a kid and things I've done and I can never get those days back so I want to make every day count."

I must ... "have children, at least one son to live out my legacy, that's the main thing. Aside from that, I want to grow old with one woman and be married to the same woman when I die. I want to become financially independent by the time I'm 30."

Best advice I've given a woman: "To stop smoking and take care of their health."

... final THOUGHTS

Wheels: "I have a silver Hummer in TX that I drive and a silver m3 BMW in FL."

Pets: "I have a bunch of fish. I have two huge salt water aquariums, one at my fitness center and one at my tanning salon."

Always in my refrigerator: "Milk. I can't go without milk. Eggs, salad stuff."

Hottest possession: "I have three very beautiful condos in Australia. Right now, I'm renting them out to Swedish students who are going to school in Australia, I sold my condo in Conn and am looking for one in Florida.""

I would change places for 24 hours with ... "Hugh Hefner at the Playboy Mansion and just be surrounded by all these beautiful women. He's pretty old so I don't think I would want to be him, I just want to be where he's at, so that's not the answer."

I would most like to hang out with ..."my best friend Rob. He made the cover of the calendar. We've been best friends for a long time. I normally like hanging out with him, I have the most fun with him, especially traveling."

Why I'm such a great catch: "I think I have more positive qualities, physically and mentally, than the average guy. I have some really fun and exciting goals in the future. I just think I'm a real fun guy, really adventurous. I think any woman who settles down with me would have a much better life than just with the regular average Joe."

Me in a word: "Fun."
