... on HIMSELF

Strengths: "I consider myself a good judge of character. I try to only surround myself with good people. That's definitely my biggest strength. I'm a just a down-to-earth nice guy who likes to treat people the same way that I like to be treated."

Weakness: "Good quality sushi. I love sushi."

Others may not see: "Most people think I'm exactly like my character on 7th Heaven, Kevin, which is understandable because that's what they see every week on TV. But I'm not quite as good a person as he is. He does the right thing at all times. I like to party and have a good time, that's what my philosophy has been my entire life. You might not get another chance at it, so have as much fun as possible. And I do. I love to party and I love to be with my friends and family and just hang out. I get a little wild, just loud and outgoing, when I've had a couple drinks. I'm more myself when I'm surrounded by the people I'm closest to."

I'm known ... "for being the fun guy, the life of the party."

Interests: "I like to stay in as good as shape as possible. I like to swim, bike, rock climb. I'm not a big Art guy at all, I wouldn't know a good piece of art if it were sitting right in front of me. I don't see too many movies, I watch only sports on TV for the most part."

Turn-ons: "Being outdoors, being in the wilderness. I like camping, jumping in rivers, oceans or lakes. I like going to new places. When I'm out here in CA, I like to go camping and tubing and river rafting on the Kern River. I like dating women who like some of the same things that I do, but who also like things that I don't so I can have new experiences. I've always been the kind of guy who says `let's go jump off this bridge into this shallow body of water,' or `let's go skydiving or bungee jumping' or something crazy like that."

Turn-offs: "One of my biggest pet peeves is people who litter. I hate them. Ever since I went to CO, where it's so much cleaner than it is in like the city of Detroit or LA. I see people in Detroit and LA litter every single day, even just throwing out a cigarette butt. I saw people throw a whole bag of trash right in the street after they were done eating fast food. The last person I saw do that, I picked it up and handed it back to them. I can't stand it."

Special Talents: "I can't sing, I can't dance, I have no fashion sense whatsoever. They made me sing and dance one time on 7th Heaven and it was the worst experience of my life. I used to play the trumpet when I was in Junior High until my brother and I got kicked out of band."

Titles: "When I was in high school I took 3rd in the state of CO in wrestling for my weight class, then in college, I decided to get my butt whooped as much as possible."

Charities: "I like to be involved with charities that help children and animals. One of my favorite ones is Child Help USA. It helps children who have been abused every single way that you can possibly imagine who need to be taken away from wherever they are. It's just disturbing what adults do to kids. Child Help makes their lives better. Every year, we go out to the Child Help facility for the holidays and hang out with the kids and play games. A couple years ago, I ran a marathon to raise money for Child Help and I got them a big screen TV so they can watch 7th Heaven. The marathon also killed me but it was for them, not me. You could either do a half marathon or a full marathon and I did the half because I'm not good at training properly and I am a wuss. That was my first and only."

Travels: "Been all over Mexico and Canada and the US."

Spirituality: "I was raised Catholic but I don't practice Catholicism at all. I go to midnight mass once a year and that's it, just to please my mom. But I do believe there's a higher power, a God of something. I like to think of nature as my God. I just lost a lot of beliefs about what I was taught."

Fashion sense: "Jeans, flip flops and a T-shirt. That's all I can do, I am horrible, I can't match, I think I'm color blind. It's just awful. My brother yells at me all the time."

Staying healthy: "My whole life, I've been a wrestler and thought I was somewhat of an athlete. Then once I got old enough, I realized I was not athletic at all but I always worked hard and busted my butt, trying to be. Wrestling was probably the toughest thing I've done in my life besides this entertainment industry. Ever since then, I don't feel right unless I've exercised so I try to eat healthy and exercise. It helps with staying mentally healthy. I try to always think positive. I swim and run, outdoors as well as indoors. I lift weight once or twice a week, rock climb and hike."

What touches my soul: "I love animals. I love being around animals. They make me feel good. I grew up for 17 1/2 yrs with a Labrador Retriever that was like my other brother. We took him everywhere. He was one of the better things that ever happened to me. His name was Yak. His full name was Yakowitz Labinski Stolts, my dad's weird, he named him."

... on WOMEN

What I first notice on a woman: "I'm not going to lie to you, first things first, the physical aspects draw me to a woman. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar. I just like a healthy looking, fit women. All women have great qualities about them, I'm just very picky, I guess. I don't like too much makeup, I don't like makeup at all, to be honest with you, but I can handle a little bit. I just like a natural beauty."

Attention-getters: "I've always been attracted to aggressive women, because before I got into this weird business, I was very shy and not as outgoing. I would never walk up to a girl and say `will you go out with me' unless it was a rare occasion. My first girlfriend asked me out so I thought `well, that's how it is.' I wouldn't know exactly how to tell a girl to come ask me out but I like aggressive women."

Ideal woman: "She's got to be a good person. Looks are important but then I consider myself a good judge of character so within the first 5 minutes I can tell whether I think they're a good person or not. Everyone likes people who like to do similar things and believe in similar things and also hopefully they can bring other stuff to the table that make you a better all around human, maybe stuff that you never thought of. It'd be fun if she were adventurous, like me, that'd be a bonus. Smarts is always a bonus. She's got to be smarter than I am otherwise it's not going to work out. She's got to be able to hang and go camping or it's just not going to work. If she can't handle the outdoors and getting dirty and swimming in random bodies of water, whether it's freezing cold, it's just not going to work. She's got to be a good kisser, it's a must. I know it takes two to make that happen but she's got to be a good kisser."

I can't resist a woman who ... "loves chili dogs."

Most important quality in a woman:: "A good character."

Ideal date: "Buying a brand new tent, grabbing a sleeping bag, going to a place I've never gone camping before where there's a nice body of water, drinking a couple beers, sitting by the campfire, having some hot dogs and beans and enjoying a beautiful night with stars in the sky. Clear skies, fresh air, that sort of thing."

I'd call a woman back after a first date ... "if I thought she was good person and hot. I'd call after a couple days. People want what they can't have, so you got to make them think you're not going to call them back. I'd actually like it if she called me first."

I would never date a woman who ... "cakes herself with makeup or smokes."

How I show I care: "By just being there for her when she needs me the most."

What makes a woman unforgettable: "I'm big on sense of smell, so probably her scent. There's very few perfumes that I like, most I absolutely despise."

I wish women understood ... "that the first thing men want is sex, but I'm pretty sure most women already understand that. That's the number one thing, if they're male. But eventually at one point in their lives they're going to realize that's not what it's all about. One day they'll realize there's more to it than just the sex and that's why men are more slow paced in maturing than women are. I think it's different for every guy. I realized that point about 5-6 years ago, actually being in this industry made me realize that."

One thing a woman has never done for me: "I'm not a big planner so I do like it when the woman takes control and does plan out the whole thing. It always feels good to be spoiled and taken care of at times."

... on RELATIONSHIPS

On relationships: "A relationship is very important to me. It feels good, it's fun. Don't get me wrong, I love hanging out with my guy friends because without them, I would be nothing, and I love them to death but also I feel the same way about having a relationship. Having both is the best thing ever."

Top relationship keys: "Both people have to be willing to work at it. If you really want to make it happen, you got to work on it every day, there's always going to be difficult times but you have to fight through that if you really care about the person. You have to deal with each other's families and get along with everyone's friends. That doesn't always work because certain people don't get along that you love so that makes it difficult at times. It's important but you can't dislike somebody because of what your family and friends think because sooner or later it's going to be just you and that person, and starting your own family. Loyalty and trust are very important. Once you decide to make a commitment, and get married, that's it. I think eventually I will be married one day. I love children, someday, absolutely"

A woman in a relationship with me can expect ... "loyalty, a lot of fun, some camping, and adventure."

What I expect: "The same things."

When I'm in love, I ... "am always going to be there for that person."

What makes me feel close to a woman: "When you can hold each other in your arms and look into one another's eyes and share things with each other, that sounds kind of lame but..."

Greatest relationship lesson: "I know I've learned some stuff, I just can't think ..."

What makes a woman marriage material: "She's got to care about me for who I am not that I'm Officer Kevin Kinkirk on 7th heaven, who does movies over his hiatus, who wants to be with me because of that and having money or material possessions."

... on SEX

What makes sex good: "To a guy, I'm pretty sure, sex is always good. But I think it's probably at its best when you're having sex with a woman who you're in love with and you really care about."

I feel my sexiest when ... "I'm being myself, goofing off, being a complete dork. When I'm out partying with my friends, maybe rock climbing. "

Most sensual part of a woman's body: "I can't just say one, I'm thinking, stomach, inner thing, neck and ears."

Sexiest thing a woman can wear in private: "The little boy's underoos type things. My favorite color is blue."

Surefire way to seduce me: "It's got to be through the eyes and maybe whispering into my ear, `I want you now,' that will do it. When you look at somebody, you can tell without them saying anything. If you don't have any kind of eye contact going, it's not gong to work."

... on LIFE

Making my mark: "Good question, I never really had a plan to make my mark on the world. To be honest with you, I'm just trying to enjoy it while it lasts and give back to the people who don't have what I have as much as possible. To kids and animals, I love them the most. And just try to stay healthy and hope that my family and friends stay healthy as well."

Responsibility to society: "I feel I have a responsibility because of where I'm at. I'm very lucky to be on a TV show like 7th heaven and have the opportunity to travel around the country to most of the major cities and promote for the WB and 7th Heaven and see how much people look up to the show and it being a family show. I think my duty since I'm fortunate enough to be where I am and have a decent amount of money and have the power to be a role model with children because it's mostly children who watch my show so I try to give back as much as I can."

Valuable life lesson: "Every single year flies by faster and faster, and it's got me to do my best to slow down and enjoy it as much as possible. My whole life, I've been fortunate to be surrounded by good people and it's all been pretty much nothing but fun and one great learning experience. I try to balance work and play. It's tough at times because I love to have fun with my friends and family but I love my job, you got to respect that. Most people might not look at it like that, but it is a job, I do have a blast doing it and I respect the people I work with and they've taught me pretty much everything I know about being in this industry, so it's a big part of it."

I must ... "go to Germany, Italy and Ireland to visit. I want to go Octoberfest. I'm bad at planning and having goals but my one goal is to just work as much as I can and hopefully, just only work with good people. I've been lucky and fortunate to do that so far."

Best advice received: "Wow, I receive advice all the time. The best was to enjoy your short life as much as possible."

Best advice I've given a woman: "I tell them men want what they can't have so play hard to get. I believe that."

... on HIS FAVORITE THINGS

Movie: "Bloodsport with Van Damme. It's awful but I love it.""

TV Show: "Rescue Me, best show on TV. It makes me laugh, nonstop. That and Nip/Tuck are my two favorite shows."

Book: "I'm reading a book called, Why Smart People Lose a Fortune by Neil Frankel. Everyone should read this book."

Music: "I like a little of everything but what I listen to most because it gets me pumped up is Metallica, ACDC, Guns and Roses especially when I'm working out. I got like 400 songs on my ipod, some of everything you can ever possibly imagine."

Food: "Sushi."

... final THOUGHTS

Tattoos/piercings: "No, that's another one of my pet peeves. I don't like jewelry. I hate it on myself, I don't wear anything, I can't even wear a watch. I think tattoos look great on some people but there's going to be a certain point where they're going to be like `what the hell did I do this for?'"

Always in my refrigerator: "Milk for the cereal, wheat or rye bread, lunch meats, cheese and beer."

Hottest possession: "I try not to believe in material possessions because they really mean jack but I'd say my camping and my rock climbing equipment. I guess it was the way I was brought up. I never really cared to have money because I do the same things I did when I didn't have it. Now that I do have money, I always spend it on family and friends rather than myself. I could go out and buy myself a super nice vehicle or something that a lot of people do, but I just don't have the desire to do that, I would rather buy my parents a car."

I would change places for 24 hours with ... "a woman because then I'd know all the secrets."

I would most like to hang out with ... "Vince Vaughn. He just seems like he's always having fun."

Why I'm a great catch: "I'm fun, caring, put the people I love before me most of the time, and I'm just an all around good person, in general. That's why I consider myself a good judge of character because my parents raised me well and I've always tried to surround myself with good people and so if you're interested in that sort of thing, then I'm your guy."

Me in a word: "Nice. I'm ok with being a nice guy. There's the old saying, nice guys finish last, but not in my case."
