I resigned from the fire dept to come home and take care of my family and make sure everything was all right. It was a big decision at the time but at the same time, there was no questions asked, I was going to do what I had to do for my family."

Occupation: Model, actor, mortgage account executive, bartender at Bare Pool in Las Vegas in the Mirage Hotel. Studying to become a Nevada firefighter.

On HIMSELF

Strengths: "Outgoing, loyal friend, life of the party, fun sense of humor, goal-oriented, exceptional love of family, strong work ethic."

Weaknesses: "Procrastinates, sometimes moody, completing paperwork."

Others may not see: "I tend to worry about things when they get off track. Most people don't often see the serious side of me. I very rarely bring it out. People always ask me, `are you serious?' Cuz I'm usually never serious. I always have a sarcastic remark. Of course, I can be serious."

I've been known to ... "keep going for long periods of time, both on and off the job, before finally being able to wind down and rest. Play practical jokes on my friends that keep them laughing for hours. Spend lots of money for flowers and dinner to make a girl feel special. Take time to hike, ride my motorcycle, or spend time with my dog instead of doing chores."

Interests: "Music. Spending time at the gym working out, running, or riding my bicycle for miles. Working on my antique 1957 Cadillac - that's my pride and joy as far as materialistic things. It's red and white. Riding my motorcycle. Playing with my boxer puppy, Sadie. Modeling."

Turn ons: "Intelligent women. Having dates that involve fun in the great outdoors. Spending time with family and great friends."

Turn offs: "Dishonesty. People who don't follow through on what they promise."

Special Talents: "Making people laugh. Riding a motorcycle. Being there when my family and friends need me. Looking for the good in others. I've played the drums all throughout junior high, high school and college."

Titles: "Hunk on NBC Average Joe 4, June 2005. Principal on Sara Evans' #1 Video, A Real Fine Place to Start."

Charities: "Interest in cancer research, due to my mother's bout with cancer. The Heart Association because my dad had 5 by-pass heart surgery."

15 minutes of fame: "Average Joe Hunk on NBC. Sara Evans' video, A Real Fine Place to Start, number 1 on CMT. Bartending for Elton John - for about 1 1/2 years when he performed at Ceasars."

Travels: "In the U.S. recent travels have taken me to places in California, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, and Texas. I recently spent two weeks in Costa Rica, visiting friends. What a great experience!"

Spirituality: "Personal, but strong. I have my own personal relationship. I refer to it as a higher power. I'm very open minded when it comes to religion however at the same time if I could take pieces of different religions and add it all into one, that would be my belief. But I was raised Baptist."

Fashion sense: "My modeling career mirrors my sense of fashion. I love multiple looks, from country to high fashion. I often shop in remote places and find unique pieces of clothing that are off the beaten path. I love to wear hats of many different styles. My mom tells me I have more clothes than most women. Clothes are a part of who I am."

Staying healthy: "I go to the health club every day and do difficult workouts on different parts of my body. When the weather permits, I ride my bicycle over several miles. I often do spin classes when the weather doesn't permit. I eat very healthy and try to avoid junk food and foods with empty calories."

What touches my soul: "I don't want to see anyone sick or hurting. As an EMT, I saw many tragedies and each time was an emotional experience. My mom has touched my soul because she has always been there to offer support through both the good and bad times. She's my best friend. I honestly have no secrets from my mom. My mom's pretty open on who I introduce to her and I won't introduce just anybody to her. I do like it when my mom gives me her thoughts."

ON WOMEN:

I first ... "her eyes. By looking into a woman's eyes, I get an immediate sense of her attitude. If there is a connection, it comes first through the eyes."

Attention-getters: "When I'm out in public, look good and laugh at my antics. When I am out, my friends see me as the life of the party. If a woman will laugh when I am joking, she usually is able to be serious or thoughtful at other times. Eye contact is first and foremost. I really like it when a girl's confident but not cocky, just like vice versa. When a woman approaches me, that says a lot about her character. I think they have a nice amount of confidence but not overbearing, I like that."

Ideal woman: "Independent and able to rely on herself to be complete. I want to be wanted, not needed. I also would like a woman who shares my interests and likes to spend time without always going out. Intelligence is very important because I think on my feet, and I want someone who is able to compliment my strengths. Obviously I've got to be attracted, but I like girls who can fend for themselves, like almost tomboys, even though they're gorgeous. She's definitely got to be witty. That's one of my strong points. I tend to think I'm pretty witty but at the same time she's got to be there too because I don't want her to get her feelings hurt."

I can't resist a woman ... "with a great sense of humor. I tend to cut up and make lots of jokes. Without a sense of humor, a woman might not want to spend time with me."

Most important quality in a woman: "Self-confidence! A woman who has self-confidence and is sure of herself is beautiful. She is ready for a relationship with someone."

Ideal date: "I love the outdoors so an ideal date might be a quiet dinner close to the beach, watching the sunset. It could also be hiking at Red Rock and taking a picnic lunch while we enjoy the outdoors. I also love for a woman to dress up and take her to an exquisite restaurant with flowers and music. There are many possible scenarios for an ideal date, depending on the woman."

What makes me call a woman back after a first date: "I have had the opportunity to date many beautiful woman, most of whom I don't call back. I think there must be some sort of chemistry that makes the difference. If I do call back, something in the woman's personality made me want to get to know more about her."

I'd never date a woman who ... "didn't like my family and friends (and my dog). If I date someone more than a couple of times, I want them to be involved in my life. If they don't like my family, friends and pet, then I would have a hard time continuing a relationship."

How I show I care: "Sometimes I can become a little overwhelming. I send flowers, notes and call all the time. I try to be a gentleman and show respect to the women I date. I was raised in the South so I definitely believe in chivalry. I get upset when a girl opens her own door because that means that no one's done that for her in the past. If I'm interested in a girl or even want to be a friend of hers, I find out what kind of flower she likes and just send her a nice bouquet or something like that."

What makes a woman unforgettable: "Certain things they say, certain things they do."

I wish women understood ... "men need space and if women rush too quickly for a committed relationship, I tend to back off. I have many things going on in my life and I need time to establish goals and directions. I also wish women understood that men like to hang with their buddies and do "guy" things sometimes."

One thing a woman has never done for me: "Obviously girls get flowers quite a bit, but when a girl gets flowers for a guy or when a girl tells a guy he's beautiful, I think that's extremely sexy."

ON RELATIONSHIPS:

On relationships/marriage: "I plan to marry someday when my goals are clearly centered and I see myself reaching the success I wish. I had an almost seven year relationship with a woman and we lived together. Breaking up was difficult, and I don't want to put myself in that situation again until I get married. The longest relationship I've been in was 5-6 years so I definitely know how to have a relationship. I've been single for about 2 years now. I think that relationships and love finds you, without a doubt, and it comes in and gets you when you least expect it. When two people become inseparable, to the point, where it's not that you need that person, but you want them. You want them in your life, you want to come home to them, you want to see them smile, you want to make them happy. I love the fact that you can come home and be with that same person, night after night, and you can just share different things and you get those inside jokes that only you and that person know. I love to cuddle. Any night, I would rather have a nice glass of wine and have that person then go out and party with my friends, without a doubt. "

Top relationship keys: "Respect and understanding of each other's needs are two vital keys. I'm looking for an equal partnership where both people give the relationship the time and nurturing necessary for it to be successful. It is also important to be there for each other in the bad times as well as the good."

What I expect: "Loyalty and support when things aren't going as well as I would like. I want a partner to share both the good and the bad. I don't see the traditional roles of men and women as being important. I love to cook and do other things around the house. I also love to work on cars, etc. I expect a relationship where the woman is also my best friend."

When I'm in love, I ... "tend to let other things slip. I often have to refocus and reset my goals. If I am in love, I can become temporarily consumed with the relationship. I want to spend time and special moments with the woman I love."

Greatest relationship lesson: "In case of a split, get everything in writing. It is easy to make promises. It is difficult to keep them if the relationship fails."

What makes a woman marriage material: "A woman should have a sense of family, a love of children, and be a soulmate. A woman with a strong sense of self and the willingness to give would be a great marriage partner."

ON SEX: .

What makes sex good: "Foreplay, kissing. I'm extremely big on kissing. I love it. Being open minded on a lot of things, but not crazy open minded."

I feel my sexiest ... "during the summer."

Most sensual part of a woman's body. "It depends. With different girls, it's different places. I would say as far as sensual and most tender, I'd say her tummy."

Sexiest thing a woman can wear in private: "I love it when girls wear sexy panties and like a wife beater."

Surefire way to seduce me: "My ears. It doesn't matter what she does, my ears are like ridiculous. It's kinda not even fair."

Favorite place to have sex: "When it's cold out, I really like blankets and a fire, that's really nice, when there's like no other way to stay warm except for when you're close to a person."

ON LIFE

Making my mark: "I want the opportunity to do something very positive and special that will bring accolades from family and friends. I do want to be successful, both financially and personally, and I am setting multiple goals to reach this success."

Responsibility to society: "I feel strongly that I want to help others and be a support to society. I don't need to be a hero, but I want to play a part in righting the wrongs imposed on our world."

Valuable life lesson: "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I have realized that a person has very few real friends in life, but many acquaintances. It is funny how someone can turn on you over some simple misunderstanding. My true friends are of great value to me."

I must ... "become a success and follow through on my goals. Find my soulmate. Keep experiencing new adventures and stay out of my nine dots."

Best advice received: "Listen to your mother! It's amazing how often she is right on target."

Best advice I've given a woman: "Give me independence and space and allow yourself the same freedoms. I try not to give any advice at all."

ON HIS FAVORITE THINGS:

Movie: "Troy."

TV Show: "Family Guy."

Book: "Think Like a Millionaire by Donald Trump."

Music: "Diverse. I love country and house music."

Food: "Sushi."

FINAL THOUGHTS:

Wheels: "I sold my Ford Truck for a Volkswagen Diesel Passat. I have better things to spend my money on than high gas prices. I now get 40 miles to the gallon. I also have a Harley I rode in the Sara Evans video and a 1957 Cadillac that I am trying to restore to mint condition."

Pets: "I have a new boxer puppy named Sadie. As I don't have a girlfriend at the present, Sadie is getting very spoiled. She travels with me and rules the house."

Tattoos: "Band on left upper arm and large tattoo across my shoulders and back. It's a Gothic Aries symbol which is my sign."

Always in my refrigerator: "Lots of bottled water and health foods. I try to stay away from junk."

Hottest possession: "Again, I would have to say my Harley and my Cadillac. They are two things that bring enjoyment to my life and of course, Sadie."

I would change places for 24 hours with ... "Brad Pitt. He's the best of the best. He started out as a chicken for Pollo Loco. That right there tells you that dreams can happen."

I would most like to hang out with ... "my friends and family."

Celeb I'd love to take on a date: "Angelina Jolie because she has a mysterious air and she appears to love children."

Why I'm such a great catch: "I truly love women and treat them with respect. I set high goals for myself and have great expectations. I enjoy trying new things and I am always willing to take new challenges. I am loyal, trustworthy, and will make that one person feel very special."

Me in a word: "Charismatic!"
