... on HIMSELF

Strengths: "I’m honest, I’ve got a great family. I know I’m fortunate. I really try to be extremely understanding. I try to focus on understanding people and relationships, with that goes caring and compassion. I'm always trying to challenge myself. I know to become the person I want to be a better person, I always have to challenge myself in every area, personal work or play. I always try to reach new heights all the time."

Weakness: "I’m not very patient. I can overwork myself."

I've been known to ..."sit in a bookstore and read from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm … only stopping to pee."

Interests: "Travel, playing sports (not watching!), nutrition, reading and cooking."

Turn-ons: "Independence, confidence, humor."

Turn-offs: "Insecurities, not knowing what is important in life."

Special Talents: "I can still remember all my friends phone numbers from middle school (it’s only 12 or so)."

Awards: "Only my mom keeps those around, you’ll have to ask her."

Charities: "Started a Foundation called Judi’s House with a friend, helps kids and adults deal with their grief and loss. It had less than 100 kids in program, now 2,227 kids. I also work with From the Heart at the University of Michigan creating events for kids from Mott’s Children’s Hospital."

15 minutes of fame: "I won the biggest stuffed animal (it was a white bull) at King’s Island when I was 12 and the whole park was cheering for me."

Travels: "All of Europe, Indian, South Africa,  and the United States and Mexico of course."

Spirituality: "I have more FAITH than religion … but overall I’m a Hindu."

Fashion sense: "When I dress up great, but normally, pretty simple … I can tend to take it for granted when I get a chance."

Staying healthy: "I work in nutrition, so my whole life is about being healthy … work out every morning, swim and basketball on the weekends, and boxing class every other week … oh yea, and then there is yoga … aggh!"

What touches my soul: "People helping people they don’t even know …"

... on WOMEN

I first notice ... "her smile."

Attention-getter: "SMILE."

Ideal woman: "As kind as my mother and as good looking as my sister (or vice-versa … doesn’t matter). I think that everything breeds from honesty - someone who's honest and comfortable with themselves, if you have that root - someone who's really comfortable with who they are, what they do - I think it builds a root of a healthy relationship because they're comfortable with who they are, they're not dependent, insecure, not jealous of one another."

I can't resist a woman who ... "thinks she can take on the world."

Most important quality in a woman: "She knows what’s important to her and her family."

Ideal date: "One where we’re laughing."

I'd call a woman back after a first date ... "when I want a second one. If I really find someone who I can really learn from, there's something about them that I can learn from, that's when I'm going to call someone back. It can be anything - learning how to be a better being. There's so many things that people can teach you - external things and the internal things."

I'd never date a woman who ... "my sister doesn’t like. She's a wonderful person who loves everyone - she'll find the good in anybody - that's why if she doesn't like somebody, there must be something wrong with her. She's a huge part of my life, so any relationship I get in, she's going to be a part of."

How I show I care: "I treat her like I want to be treated. I want to be treated with respect and compassion because we all screw up. Life isn't always that complicated, relationships aren't all that complicated. That's all I want - someone to respect, understand, be compassionate because everyone makes mistakes. Someone who appreciates you."

What makes a woman unforgettable: "The admiration or respect I have for her."

I wish women understood ... "we’ll never be very organized and we sometimes don’t get it the `first time' how important something is to you."

One thing a woman has never done for me: "Hmm, not sure … I’m not that hard to please."

... on RELATIONSHIPS

On marriage: "If you can experience life with a best friend … why the heck wouldn’t you? Relationships are about giving … life is about giving … I want to make the most out of life. I do want to be married and have kids one day. I always put a relationship as a back burner. One of my faults, when I get into something, I get so far into it, that everything else gets pushed to the background. You take it for granted. Then time goes by."

What I love most about being in a relationship: "It’s nice to know there’s someone thinking about you as much as you are thinking about them. I like it. It is important to me - I'm a conservative guy, I feel good about where I am, work wise, financially, so I'm ready now."

Top relationship keys: "Honesty, understanding and the willingness to compromise for the greater good of the relationship."

A woman in a relationship with me can expect ... "me to be fair."

What I expect: "To be treated like they would want to be treated."

When I'm in love, I ... "cannot be stopped!"

What makes me feel close to a woman: "Trust. When you can fully trust someone, I believe that brings you the closest. When you trust someone, you trust that they won't hurt you, they're looking out for you, they want the best for you - when you have that that's when you can really let loose."

Greatest relationship lesson: "It’s not all about you … or if it is … it will ONLY be about you."

What makes a woman marriage material: "I like her … my sister LOVES her (j/k … well kinda joking). I don't think it's that one thing that makes them marriage material - marriage material is when all of those things fall in line and you also fall in line, when you're ready for it."

... on SEX

What makes sex good: "The ability to be `free' and communicate anything you want."

I feel my sexiest when ... "I’m totally fit."

Most sensual part of a woman's body: "Her neck."

Sexiest thing a woman can wear in private: "Her underwear."

Surefire way to seduce me: "Tell me what she’s going to do to me."

... on LIFE

Making my mark: "Start with my kids. I think that the greatest thing that you can do is to really raise great people and that's where I'd like to make my mark. I'd love people to say at the end of the day, `wow, his kids are really good kids."

Responsibility to society: "To teach people what I’ve learned so they can teach it to others."

Valuable life lesson: "Everyone has something to teach you … you just must listen."

I must ... "make a wrong a right, take care of my family and friends best I can, never stop learning."

Best advice received: "Never care about the `mistake,' care about how you `got to' the mistake."

Best advice I've given a woman: "You don’t have to skinny to be beautiful."

... on HIS FAVORITE THINGS

Movie: "Scarface."

TV Show: "House."

Book: ":Life of Pi."

Music: "U2 (the Joshua Tree)."

Food: "Indian Food."

... final THOUGHTS

Always in my refrigerator: "Hot Sauce."

I'd change places for 24 hours with ... "people who work for me (that way I know how much of an asshole “I” can be). I can be hard nose, and I can be really ambitious. Here's the thing, if people work for me, this is just an assumption, that person soon wants to be in my position, and I want them to be - I want them to be in a better place than they were the day before. I want people to know how incredible they are - I can be hardnose with someone who I don't think is working as hard. I have often asking my friends what can I be better at, a better brother, a better kid. Because that's what I want to become, and who better to tell you than the people on the other side."

I'd most like to hang out with ... "my sister and my three best friends."

Celeb I'd love to take on a date: "Mariah Carey. I was once back stage and she told me I had a nice smile, just wondering if she remembered me still …"

Why I'm such a great catch: "Because I’ll never ask more from you than what you’ll be willing to give. I have a really great family and really great friends."

Me in a word: "Normal."
